The Evolution Coach Training Program is designed for aspiring coaches and leaders seeking to enhance their coaching skills through a structured, intensive curriculum that spans approximately 38 contact hours.
Participants will engage in a six-month program featuring three face-to-face intensives, video conference calls, and virtual learning modules, allowing them to acquire practical coaching skills, develop a personal coaching philosophy, and gain confidence through real-life experience.
The program emphasizes the coach as the primary instrument of change and incorporates various coaching methodologies, including co-active coaching and integral theory.
Led by experienced instructors, the program requires participants to demonstrate a passion for coaching and the ability to attend both in-person and virtual sessions, with policies in place for withdrawals and tuition payments.
